Who we are

About Pulse Health

Pulse Health is a leading operator of specialist private hospitals. Our hospitals, as key members of their communities, partner with local specialist doctors to provide high quality specialist care for local patients.

We acquire or develop and operate high quality specialist private hospitals in locations in which specialist doctors want to live and work.

What we believe

At Pulse Health we do everything we can to return our patients to their lives safely.  Nothing is more important to us.

Injury and sickness are daunting experiences.  The path to recovery shouldn’t be.

We believe in a world where patients don’t need to surrender their individuality when they walk through the doors of a hospital.  A world where they can be themselves to the fullest degree possible while under our care.  A world where they are treated by people they know and trust – and who are there with them every step of the way, consistently, and reliably.

We believe in a world where supportive partnerships exist between patients and hospital staff,  between hospitals and their communities, and between our staff and doctors.  We embrace the diversity of our people and the communities in which we live and work.

We are healthcare with a heart – flexible, personal, and truly caring.

Feedback from our patients

Thank you for the way I was cared for in the eight weeks stay.

Judith Hamelink

To all staff at Eden Rehabilitation Centre.

I write to thank you once again for your support and invaluable help during my stay at Eden. On reflection, since leaving, I realise even more the value of my stay. I undertake my exercise program twice daily but it is not the same without the encouragement, kindness and laughter that accompanied the program at Eden.

Although it is nice to be at home I miss many aspects of my time at Eden.

My thanks for all that was done for me by so many of you at Eden.

Mr Knight

Upon admission I felt like I was being welcomed by old friends – so reassuring and calming. The meals were exceptional – tasty, perfectly cooked, never boring, delivered with a smile. I can never express my gratitude to the wonderful staff – always smiling, friendly and always ready to make life simpler and easier for the patient. I was amazed at the assistance I was given by staff who organised the immediate future for me – with smiles. I loved those soft towels! Cleanliness – splendid TV – great when needed no blaring sounds.

The therapists were ‘gems’ – tried so hard to encourage me to keep working my knee. Even though the going was tough at times they never lost patience and perhaps their lovely smiles made everything a bit easier. Made me want to try harder to meet their expectations.

I want to say that I have never been treated with such consideration, kindness and friendliness as in these past two weeks. God Bless Eden and its staff. I love you all.
