Our rehabilitation team will formulate a treatment plan for our patients based on their individual needs, in consultation with the consulting physician and surgeon.
We consider our rehabilitation patient to be part of the rehabilitation team and are encouraged to participate in the development and review of their rehabilitation treatment. The team meets regularly to discuss progress, review goals, and strives to ensure a smooth and safe return to pre-hospital living arrangements.

When our patients reach their full potential or no longer require care, a plan for return to home which includes home support, will be arranged prior to discharge from the hospital.
