Office: Corporate Operations Manager

Corporate Bio:

The Corporate Operations Manager, Wendy Thorne, reports directly to the CEO and has overall responsibility for operations and the Strategic Business Development of the community care division and the Recruitment Division of Pulse Health.
Wendy has extensive experience in business management and holds diplomas in Health Care while remaining certified as a registered nurse on the NSW nurses registration board.
Wendy has since her involvement in healthcare management in 2006 consistently achieved better than forecast financial results, also being responsible for strategic implementation and support of  the  quality management  framework  in all the Pulse Health Business Units and holds corporate responsibility for industrial relations and union relationships.
Recent business developments Wendy has been responsible for include new growth and geographical expansion by over 250% in the community division resulting in the opening of three new offices providing care to the western suburbs of Sydney , all of the Hunter region and Port Macquarie, Hastings in addition to the Manning Valley and Great Lakes.
The Recruitment division has also seen some significant strategic developments since Wendy's involvement with the expansion into  nursing and doctor recruitment  divisions  as key to its business growth as well as opportunities with international business partnerships.
