After a comprehensive initial assessment, we determine the level of nursing service required to provide the best nursing care necessary for you or your family member.
We communicate with the patient, the family or carer and the Department of Veteran's Affairs where appropriate, to ensure the home care support and treatment plan is optimised to meet individual needs.
We liaise directly with your doctor, keeping them informed on the patient's condition and we work strictly in accordance with doctor's instructions.
